Course Information

  • Target participants: Individuals, organizations, and businesses in the sports sector

  • Instructors: 100% medical doctors graduated from medical universities

  • Duration: 3 hours; 6 hours; 8 hours

  • Training location: On-site training at organizations to enhance hands-on effectiveness in real environments

  • Class size commitment: Maximum of 30 participants per class to ensure optimal individual support

  • Certification: Participants receive a First Aid Certificate valid for up to 1 year, in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs

Course Content

The training program focuses on practical skills for handling common situations encountered during sports training and activities, including:

  • Basic first aid principles

  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

  • Emergency response to stroke and cardiac arrest

  • Management of sprains and joint dislocations

  • Bleeding control and wound care

  • Fracture immobilization

  • Safe casualty transportation

  • Additional first aid skills tailored to the specific conditions and needs of each organization
